Reminiscent of traditional courses from past eras, The Vineyard offers lush rolling fairways that wind their way through wildlife preserves and vineyards that are set against a stunning mountain backdrop. Quite hot the day we played (mid-August) because of its inland location. 6. Plagued by gnats until the temperature warmed up a lot. 7.
